Payment Terms
All payments for Coral AI services are due at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. For subscription-based services, payments will be processed automatically on a monthly/annual basis, depending on the plan you select. If a payment is not successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expired credit cards, or other reasons, your access to Coral AI services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
Refunds
All sales are final and no refund will be issued. If you have questions about our refund policy you can email hello@getcoralai.com. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Coral AI account. Cancellation will stop future charges, but you will retain access to Coral AI services for the remainder of your billing period.
