Will I get correct answers?

Coral AI works by giving you answers based on the document that you upload. For example, if you upload a legal document, our AI uses information from that legal document to answer your questions.

The responses will always include the page number of the document that the AI referenced when creating the response. You can double check the information in the responses with the page number.

Can I upload different file types?

Yes! Coral AI supports many file types, including:

  • Word documents (.doc, .docx)

  • PDFs (.pdf)

  • PowerPoint presentations (.ppt, .pptx)

  • Ebooks (.epub, .mobi, Kindle files)

Can I chat with multiple files at the same time?

How do I transcribe audio files with Coral AI?

Just upload your audio file to Coral AI, and our software will transcribe it for you. Then you can use Coral AI to chat with your audio file and ask questions, get summaries, and more.

Can I summarize documents with Coral AI?

You can use Coral AI to get instant summaries of long documents. It will condense all of the important points in the document into a short easy-to-read format.

Check out our guide to get started.

How long can the documents be?

There's no page limit. For long documents you can summarize individual chapters/sections or the whole document.

What does references mean?

Coral AI works by searching the document for an answer to your question. If the number of references is higher, it will include more pages of the document when generating the response.

For example, you’d want to reference a lot of pages when generating a detailed summary, so the number of references should be high.

On the other hand, if the answer to your question is contained on a single page of the document, you should decrease the number of references because the other pages aren’t relevant to your answer.

The Claude 3.5 Sonnet (Executive Plan), XL (Beta) and 1.5 (Beta) models support a higher number of references than the Default model.

Can I summarize one chapter in a long book?

Yes. To summarize a specific section of a longer document, just type in the page numbers you want to summarize below the chat box.

How long does it take to generate a summary?

The summary will be generated in less than 15 seconds.
